The service

Kabi is a professional service for companies that run screens in vehicles: taxi companies, ride-hailing operators and advertising agencies. From the dashboard, a company adds its screens, uploads its ads, schedules them by screen, zone and time, and reads its proof of play and statistics.

The Kabi Android app is used to activate a screen — it shows a code that a company admin enters in the dashboard — and then to play the content chosen by that company. The app does nothing on its own without a company account.

Accounts

You sign in with your YLC account. You must be at least 18 and act for a company or in the course of a business. A company admin decides who joins the company and with which role, and is responsible for keeping that list up to date.

Keep screen activation codes and keys to yourself. If a screen is lost or stolen, revoke it from the dashboard.

The company's responsibilities

The company is responsible for what its screens show: it must hold the rights to its videos, images, logos and news feeds, and its ads must be lawful where they are shown.

It must inform drivers and passengers that the screen is there, that it shows advertising and that the tablet's location is recorded, as required where it operates, and obtain any permission needed to install screens in its vehicles.

It must not use Kabi to show unlawful, misleading, hateful or adult content, to track people, or to attack or overload the service.

Prices and payment

Kabi is billed to companies per active screen per month, at the price agreed with the company and shown in its dashboard. Payment is taken by Whop, the merchant of record, under its own terms.

If a payment fails and is not settled within the grace period shown in the dashboard, the company's screens may be put out of service until the payment is made. Screens show a neutral message, not a payment notice.

YLC members may run campaigns on fleets that accept them, paid with YLC credits. Every campaign is reviewed by Kabi before it is shown and may be refused or suspended. Credits not used are returned.

No promise of income

Kabi is a tool to run screens and prove what they played. It does not promise any number of views, any advertising income or any return.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kabi available and screens keep playing without a network, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will never be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or lost advertising contracts.

Suspension and termination

A company may stop using Kabi at any time by releasing its screens and asking us to close its account. We may suspend a company or a screen that breaches these terms, after notice when possible.

Changes and law

When these terms change, this page changes and its date with it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and disputes go to the courts of Sharjah, without depriving anyone of the mandatory protections of the law where they live.
